Inspection & estimate

We inspect the subfloor, measure the area, and confirm layout, materials, and transitions. You get a clear plan and timeline before we start.

We remove old flooring if needed, prep the subfloor, fix squeaks, level low spots, and install underlayment/moisture barrier where required.

We install flooring with straight lines and clean cuts, then finish with transitions, thresholds, baseboards/trim (if needed), and detailed cleanup.
